1. Chandan Nagar

 

 

It is believed that there is a ghost of a woman who died under mysterious circumstances in this place. People saw a woman wandering around here and there at night. Sometimes they feel a sudden drop in temperature.

Some people say that there is a ghost of a young girl. It is said to have her incident happened here when a little girl died at a construction site. But her ghost never left the place.

Many people said they saw a girl dressed in a frock holding a doll, coming, running towards them, screaming. People do not go there at night.

2. Sinhagad Fort

 

 

It is one of the most famous haunted places in Pune. An incident happened when a school bus was run off the road at a blind turn near this fort with 60 small children. People said they saw the bus many times.

It is also said to have Maratha Warriors who lost their lives in battles had fought here. People said that they heard war cries, footsteps, and strange sounds.

3. Shaniwarwada Fort

 

 

It is a very historical and ancient fort. Peshwa rulers of the Maratha Empire ruled here. It is believed that there is a ghost of a young prince. According to the belief, someone brutally killed a young prince within its walls.

People there experience the sounds and cries of young prince ghosts on full moon nights. The faint voices of a war carried in the fort can be heard here. The Wada was also populated when the fire broke out there, and many people lost their lives and became ghosts.

The local people of Pune say it. For all these reasons, people fear entering the fort at night.

4. Sinhagad Engineering College

 

 

It is the most haunted place in Pune. The story behind it says that an engineering student committed suicide because of exam failures. The students of this college experience feeling an unknown person who pushes them while they are sleeping. Some said that they felt the boy asked questions attending the class.

5. Victory Theatre

 

 

It is one of the oldest theatres in Pune. People said they feel the laughter and screams when no one is around them. They also feel like moving chairs when the place is empty.

The theatre was being used as a playhouse by the British. And here, an incident happened to a bomb blast during the struggle for independence. Most of the parts structures remain fired. Now it is renovated with a modern touch.

The single screen remains with around two Hindi movies showing per week. There are all types of safety provided here. 7. The Mansion, Residency Road Scary Beyond Belief

 

 

This haunted place is near Residency Club in Pune. It is said that there is an older woman’s ghost. Sometimes it had seen on the top of the house when people shouted in fear and looked back; there was no one at night. People heard ghostly, sobbing, laughing, and screaming.

8. Holkar Bridge

 

 

This bridge is also known as the Peshwa Bridge or Sangam Bridge. The construction of this bridge took place during the reign of the Peshwa dynasty in the 18th century. And it was named after the Holkar family, famous rulers in the region.

It is a significant route in Pune—the Holkar bridge haunts, so city residents avoid driving on it. People who pass through this bridge feel some paranormal activity.

9. The Haunted House MG Road Horror Place in Pune

 

 

It is the place where some paranormal activities happen. According to locals, a young girl killed here in the past became a ghost. Nobody dares to enter this place at night. The furniture in this house broke, and spiders spun their webs.

The young girl wandered here, seen by many people, and they felt some activities there. This haunted house in Pune on MG Road is in terrible condition. It looks like in olden times; local people avoid entering this house.

10. Choice Hostel

 

 

This hostel haunts the locals of the city. The story behind it is that a woman was murdered here many years ago. A woman wearing a red saree, holding a candle, roamed in the corridors.

Some students said when they sleep and take baths at night, they feel her presence with them and get scared. It is a very famous hostel for paranormal activities. Saturday evenings are the worst time.

This hostel on Karve Road was a bad memory for most students when they talked about this haunted place.

11. Symbiosis

 

 

It is one of Pune's best and worth-seeing places but, at the same time, is haunted. Many incidents have happened here. Many people have fainted on the road without any reason. Dogs began to bark at empty places.

Most of the people who live here told me about this place. And they advise new students to avoid this road after midnight and full moon nights. There is a rush all day, but as soon as night falls, there are rarely any people seen here because of this haunted place.

12. Gangapuram Society Viman Nagar

 

 

Situated near Durabjee’s Maharashtra, this place haunts. It is said that an older man wearing a shirt and lungi roaming the corridors of society.

When people try to reach him, he disappears. He will not harm anybody, but people feel his presence in society. There is no entry restriction, and it is open to residents and guests.
