Deposit Amount: Rs. 2,000

One Helmet will be given with the bike. Another will be available
The security deposit is refundable after 2 hours when we receive the bike in proper condition
You must submit proof of your original ID and a photocopy of your driving license.
Without informing, a one-hour late penalty charge of 260rs.
Km limit 100km/day & 600km/week & 2000km/month exceed 5rs/km.

The dealer who provided bike was really very unprofessional. The bike provided was not proper. Also at the time of pickup the person phone was switched off after a delay of 2 hours he contacted and said to collect the bike from the pick up location where I had already been earlier at the time of pickup but the person was not reachable. It not my fault. The person later delivered the bike at the location I provided but charged me for that and now the main thing it has been more that 4 days the person has not yet refunded me the deposit amount of Rs 2000 which was supposed to be refunded within 24 to 48 hours at the time of handing over the bike back to the dealer. I have contacted the rentrip support team even they tried calling the dealer but he

The scooty i had booked wasnt working, it wouldnt start and the dealer kept telling me to kick start it. It took him a while to get me a replacement but the fact that i spent a lot of money to get the scooty i wanted and didn't get it. felt like a waste.

I had a terrible experience with this bike rental service. The provider was dishonest from the start, overcharging for minor or nonexistent scratches and adding unnecessary penalties. Despite my careful handling of the bike, I was unfairly penalized. The provider, especially the individual at +91 93260 00301, was deceitful throughout the process. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Avoid if you want a hassle-free experience!"

I booked a fascino but I got Yamaha Ray in a bad condition. The place I went to take the bike doesn't look soo good. The vehicle was totally dry initially. The person asked me do you need fuel and charged me 110 for 3quarter liter of petrol. He took the fuel from some other vehicle using a tube. I called him 1hrs early for return because I had my train. But he came after 2.30 hours which made me extremely frustrated. Also he charged me 280 for return. Overall very bad experience. Suggestion: please never get bike from this person.

They didn't provide vehicle which I have been booked and gave another Suzuki access and charged extra 150 per day.they took video not so clearly and when returning the vehicle showing me the old slight scratches on body and saying that it will be deducted from deposit it was a old scratches. He returned me only 1300 in my deposit of 2000 rs charged 700 for that old scratches.And His Behaviour is very rude and charged heavily please don't book with this dealer very rash behaviour he has, when returning the vehicle and taking the vehicle too and charged me 280 rs extra for delivering the vehicle I didn't asked to deliver he only said that we will deliver the vehicle and when I am asking for location to pick up the vehicle he didn't send me the lo

Vehicle promised in app was different from what was given. I was given Dio mfg 2019 while I booked active 6g2022. Helmets given had zero visibility. Charged 250/- for helmet. 2000/- security. Pls ask for RC of the vehicle , check all docs and verify if the vehicle had any pending challans. The ones given to me had 12000/- challans and police asked me to pay those when took the bike away I parked in apparently no parking zone. Worst experience! Also once you hand over bike you will see that there will be ac fight for security deposit of 2k too! Guys, I don’t have to write this long review but to ensure no one suffers like I did, have written this. if you have to rent a bike then I would say borrow it from someone you know or just take public t

He made me wait 30 mins at the bike pickup spot. He gave me the bike with almost empty tank fuel. I was new to the city and the bike broke down in the highway because of no fuel. I had to go to fuel station in a rented bike, buy fuel in a bottle, come back to the bike and fill it. Lot of time was wasted.
