TVS Motors has aggressively acquired the 125 CC segment market by launching various two-wheelers in the same category. TVS Raider 125 has a 124.8 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled, three-valve technology engine, which produces a power of 11.2 bhp @ 7500 rpm and a torque of 11.2 Nm @ 6000 rpm. TVS Raider 125 has a telescopic front suspension and a new chassis with a mono-shock suspension on the rear. The mono-shock also has a five-step adjustable preload. The tubeless alloy wheels hold a dual-piston calliper for comfortable braking. 
There is a 240 mm disc on the front brakes and a 130 mm drum on the rear brakes. Since the front wheels are too hard when the brake is applied, the combined braking system gets into action by putting pressure on the front wheels when the rear brake is applied.
