Deposit Terms

Deposit Amount: Rs. 1,500

  1. One helmet is complimentary; an additional helmet is charged 60/- per day.
  2. The security deposit is refundable once we receive the bike in proper condition.
  3. A passport-size photo is required for authorization and paperwork.
  4. You need to submit a photocopy of your driving license and original address proof.
  5. There is a km limit of 120 km/day, 700 km/week, and 2000 km/month. Exceeding that will charge you Rs. 5/km.
  6. Overspeeding and signal jumping are other penalties that will be checked on the MTP or M Parivahan application.
  7. Fuel charges are not included, and the rider has to return at the same fuel level.
  8. The two-wheeler needs to be returned at the specified date and time as mentioned above; a delay of 30 minutes will not be considered a late return.
  9. The customer is liable to pay service charges as per the authorized service center in case of damage to the vehicle.

The bike is very old and completely broken. Stopped working out of nowhere while driving, keaving us helpless in middle of highway. Extremely unserviced and unreliable bike.

The bike was old and not maintained. I got a toe injury just by applying the effort to change gears. It was tough to operate. The clutch was slipping and could reach 45 kmph after 45 seconds . The shock absorbers actually transmitted all shocks giving direct back pain. The host Govind was kind though and offered free day “next time” . I don’t think there will be a “next time” with them though. The motorcycle experience was disappointing.

Bike was not in best condition. But the dealer and support from rentrip was superb. Being my first experience i was little doubtful with the deposit money. But all went very smoothly
