I’ll start with the positives! Fantastic customer service, they were amazing. I had to call the multiple times due to the very bad condition of the bikes. I had to change the bike 3 times in a period of a month. I’ll suggest new customers to go to there office see the condition of bike go for a spin, if it’s positive then blindly go with them because the after rent service is amazing. They reply to your messages promptly, they have solutions too for your problem.

Dealer behaviour was awesome. Only problem which I encountered was bike was having faulty fuel meter display which dealer did not informed me. The bike stopped midway on flyover and i have to drag this 200 kg beast for around 3 kms in upslope and reach petrol pump.
