Sankar dealer is highly unprofessional and threatened me with legal action. He asked me to get the bike chain lubricated, but did not reimburse the amount I spent on it. He made me feel helpless when the police caught me in Puducherry because of the white number plate issue. For a rented vehicle, the number plate should be yellow, but he had all the bikes with white plates. Moreover, he misbehaved with the police and said that the customer was solely responsible for all monetary penalties. He should be accountable for his bike, and his threatening and rude behaviour was terrible. I would recommend avoiding such backstabbers for a safe journey.

The dealer (Rentify Rental's employee) seemed too much arrogant. When I reached to pick up the vehicle, I had to wait for 2 hours to get the scooter. The scooter which I received was Activa 5g. The scooter's battery was dead on 2nd day. When I informed same to Dealer, I found Dealer's number switched off and stopped all mode of communication (Call/ WhatsApp). That day, my 2.5 hours was wasted waiting for their executive and then he started checking and spent 30 mins more to give me another vehicle. To my surprise, the 2nd scooter too was faulty.
