They gave a bike in very bad condition, oil seal of the bike was leaking, mudguard was broken and making lot of noise while riding etc. And the bike got broke down in the middle and the dealer did not responded properly, we repaired it ourselves. Bike was in very bad shape, no rear mirrors, wouldn't start, front suspension bent, engine gasket blown and oil leaking, engine overheating and almost completely worn out brake pads. The dealer told me the bike is fine and then when bike started giving major problems it tools 1.5 days out of my 7 day booking just to get the bike repaired. I had to install rear view mirrors on my own as the guy refused to do it. Also left indicators didn't work

Very poor service from this dealer... Such a terrible response i got all over to me... Got another two wheeler after booking Activa which was not at all in good condition... And when i handover the vehicle which was only one hour late he took 500 extra charges as penalty from me, hourly charges we understand.. As im in a hurry i cannot deal properly with him.... From this dealer i got such a ridiculous service and his own rules which is not acceptable to any.!!! 500 is still pending to receive after i contact with rent trip customer care number 8800779391 she will call back with solution but no any calls after almost 48 hrs...!!

The Dealer Harikrishan Rawat (7987946299) is a Fraud Man. I have booked his Yamha FZS new bike but cunningly he handed over me a very old and Khatara FZ bike. My ride from indore to omkareshwar was very much tiresome beacuse of his khatara bike which has no shocker and the road condition. Mr. Rawat speak very sweetly but never go on his words always check the bike you booked is handed over or not AND more importantly how much KM the bike has already run. The only best thing happen to me with his bike is I was able to visit Omkareshwaer and Mamleshwar Temple for which I have booked the same.
