It was a White board vehicle, with no speedometer and odometer working, and I was asked to pay fine for overspeeding. Then we came to know that in spite of knowing the speedometer not working, it was provided to us and dealer said that we should have understood the vehicle speed by virtue of our riding experience which is terribly disappointing. We took this vehicle only because we needed the vehicle very next morning. In website it says an identity proof is to be submitted and we had taken ID proof with us but we had Xerox copy of our driving license and only for that the dealer took 100 rupees extra. It was very disappointing behaviour from the dealer. Website indicates one set of rules but the dealer is having his own set of rules.

Bike quality was very bad and unfit for ride. Handle was wobbling, no proper pickup, every item was crackling and shattering, no proper headlight and yet you are renting out such bikes and throwing us to accidents. That's disgusting. Let me know, why I cannot fetch you in consumer court for deliberately renting unfit vehicle.

Don't take car from here, it is a fraud. He is not giving the deposit back for parking the car in his society. He was not there at the time of dropping the car, not telling he will not give the deposit because I parked the car somewhere else although I parked at the spot from where I taken. And car is not matching the photo what is given in rent trip website. And now rent trip also could not able to resolve the issue in 48 hours.

I had a very bad experience with your service, due to traffic restrictions because of president presence in Rath Yatra, we are unable to provide on given day (07/07/2024) instead we have given yesterday (06/07/2024 morning). We also took bike late on 05/07/2024 due to transportation delay. Requested for a refund but no one responded and created a ticket for this issue in portal. The customer who provided the bike, he only suggested us to return it back in advance and raise a query for refund.

Worst experience. I booked an Active 5g 2020 model but got some old active 4g in the worst condition. I bike stopped multiple times. Seat cushioning is bad. Zero maintenance.
