    The vehicle isn't in good condition. There were some delays in delivery and pickup of vehicle as well. Delayed refund of deposit as well, but got full refund. This person might be just busy I think, so the delays. Overall looked like a good person.

    I had a very disappointing experience. I went to return the scooter one hour before the scheduled drop-off time, but the dealer refused to give back my deposit. He said he would send the amount through Google Pay only after the booking time ended. After a long argument, he returned just ₹800 on the spot and told me he would transfer the remaining amount later. He even asked me to share an OTP at 2 PM for the rest of the refund. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
