    We would like to clearly state that our rental operations are based out of Ghatkopar, and the same is explicitly mentioned on the Rentrip platform prior to booking. The reservation made was strictly for pickup from our Ghatkopar location.

    The expectation of vehicle delivery to Bhiwandi was not part of the booking terms, nor is it a service we currently offer. This indicates a clear misalignment between the booking details provided and the expectations formed.

    We request all customers to carefully review the pickup location and service scope before confirming a booking to avoid such situations. Reviews based on expectations outside the agreed terms do not accurately reflect the service provided.

    That said, we acknowledge that there may be a gap in how this information is perceived, and we will work towards making our location and service boundaries even more explicit going forward.

    We remain committed to providing a transparent and reliable rental experience.
