    Worst experience ever!!! Firstly they don’t even have Vespa I think so to begin with because when I reached there and at that time the dealer is saying they don’t have Vespa and went for a trip already (I paid advance for this scooter), secondly they gave me a repairing Activa which was in bad condition with already many damages, thirdly the dealer is a looter and rude person, I got the Activa by 11:45 am and I was supposed to be done atleast by 10:30. He said it is late because I came to the shop late (10:15 am is late while they don’t even have the Vespa I booked for), when I asked for helmet he quoted me 250 rs when I already paid 60 rs in app and I didn’t give him as his demands. The tyre was literally in worst shape and it tore off literall

    Horrible experience with the dealer. Original booking amount was 2537/- but was charged 3600/- extra for some untold reasons. Sumtotal of 6137/- was deducted from the security deposit.

    Bike was old, Giving lot of problems. Even the renting dealer was not professional. I had to wait for almost 1 hour outside his shop, he didn't show up.

    deposit amount should be taken by Rentrip, it's highly insecure to pay by cash the deposit amount and will not get proper refund despite paying by cash.

    The scooty is in very good condition, and the location is excellent, right between Pune station and Swargate. The bike owners respond immediately and have a very helpful nature.

    I have not received the update on below request. 1. When we took the scooty, we noticed that it was punctured. We discussed with Prakash that the scooty was punctured. Prakash told me, You pay the money to the puncher. We will refund it later. We paid ?400 for the tyre puncture and We have not received any refund. We spoke to Prakash many times for the update but we did not get any update. 2. We've fitted a new tyre for another scooty. We have provided the bill as you reques. We haven't received any refund. 3. Two scooties were not cleaned while taking it. But you made 300 for washing. I'm not really happy with the service and I don't want to recommend your service to anyone.

    Bike quality was not upto the mark .. it was making too much sound... Dealer was not available at the time of drop.. i was charged rs. 4 per km for km above 100km.... But at the time of pick up i was told it will be Rs. 2/km

    Amazing service by Bike owner.The condition of the vehicle was kind of new. Didn’t charge me with any wrong taxes or faulty payments like other bike vendors who crib about the bike's condition to be bad when we return them. That was really professional. Way to go!!!

    All was good. Bike was quite nice. Only concern was it's handle lock was not working and leaving it without handle lock was risky for me hence could not park it beyond eyesight.

    Dealer charged us uneccesarily infact two times the vehicle stopped in a middle of somewhere we took it to mechanic it took 1hour almost .

    Had a great experience and the bike was top notch! Got a complimentary helmet that was in perfect shape as well. The rear view mirrors were a bit loose but the rest of the bike was perfect! A pick up and drop facility also was provided on request which was a bit on the expensive side, but very convenient. Looking forward to more experiences like this!

    Bike condition was very good and hassle-free dealer. If couple are going please choose Jawa 42, this bike is not recommended if two men are planning due to less backseat comfort.

    I rented this bike for 2 days. The bike was in great condition (very easy to ride and well-maintained) and powerful. The Owner is a very polite and humble guy. He made me understand every detail of the bike and didn't make any chaos in returning the deposit money (if bike is undamaged). The owner totally knows the value of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.     I rented a scooter for 1 day. The scooter quality I received was very good. Even the complete renting process was very effortless. Even the personnel involved are quite friendly and professional. I really recommend this company to anyone looking out for renting two-wheelers, atleast in Pune.
