    Dealer Sanjay Gehloth welcomed me and handed over the bike in proper condition. The bike was in good condition, and the ride was smooth. Process: Submit your ID proof, pay the security deposit, and take the scooter. Overall, it was a smooth experience

    The bike was not in a good condition to ride like headlight, horn , fuel meter was not working. Also mirror was damaged. While we inform this to owner he was saying some excuses without doing the basic checks before handling the bike to the customer. This was not the way I am expecting, really disappointed

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We always ensure our customers have a pleasant experience, which includes thorough pre-checks before handing over any bike. However, as you arrived earlier than scheduled and insisted on taking the bike before the checks were complete, we couldn’t fully adhere to our process.
