    Although the dealer behaviour was good , but the quality of the scooty was very very worst. The model here mentioned is 2020 but in actual it is 2014 model. Please please don't book this scooty if you want peace. It can break from the middle anytime while riding.

    You damaged the vehicle while driving and I haven't taken any charges for that.

    i wouldn’t even pay 200 per day for both the scooty, they were not maintained and had a lot of issues

    That's not accurate. The scooter were in good condition and properly maintained. We didn't face any reported issues from your side during the rental period

    Good quality scooty. Worked good. Helmet was also safe. Dealer dealt in good faith.

    Vehicle quality was extremely poor and did not accurately match to what was advertised. The vehicle stopped multiple times during the rental period and ultimately stopped working. The vehicle owner did not return the whole deposit even though I filled the tank fully.

    You have damaged the vehicle and left it 25km away from Pickup point still I have not charged you the pickup charges. I have also not taken the whole repairing cost from you.

    We don't offer pickup/drop at the railway station. The pickup point is at our shop. We can arrange pickup and drop near the railway station for an additional ₹

    Bike left mirror was not there and all the bike steel guard was broken

    The left mirror and steel guard damage was already noted before pickup. As discussed, the bike was given in as-is condition and this was documented in the rental agreement/photos.
