    Sabse gThis was the worst scooter rental experience I've ever had. Even the brakes were not working properly. On top of that, the dealer's behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude—they were using abusive language and didn't even know how to speak to customers properly. The scooter was provided 2 hours late, even after making us wait for 2 hours. Similarly, during the return process, they delayed us by another hour. As for the refund, I had to make around 10 phone calls and wait 5 days before getting my money back. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend their service to anyone
