    I had a very bad experience with Rentrip. I strongly advise against booking any vehicle from this platform. They did not inform me about any kilometre limit before booking, and after the trip, they demanded extra charges and refused to refund my security deposit. I booked a Zest car for 11 PM but received a different, damaged, and extremely dirty car at 3 AM. The car had fungus inside, broken glass, and was completely unhygienic. Their unavailability ruined our entire travel plan. Despite multiple attempts, I received no support from their team. Customer service numbers didn’t work either. I’ve filed a complaint with the consumer court&p

    It was my first time on rent trip and the overall experience was very amazing. They provided the car in a very clean condition and the riding experience was also very pleasant. Definitely gonna book again very soon.
