    The response is very pathetic. The owner is very rude and also they are not going to provide you the same vehicle which you will book. Never ever use this app for any rentals. This is an genuine response

    It was a very bad decision of mine to take the scooty on rent for a month from them, instead of the scooty which I had booked, I got a third class scooty. At the time of return, there was a small scratch on it. I was taking Rs. 600 from them, taking advantage of the opportunity because I had a photo. There were no one year old scratches on them and there was also junk on them, all of them were removed with the security amount of Rs 2000 given by them, so do not go to them even by mistake to rent a bike scooty, they are people who rob whenever they take a scooty from anyone. If possible, take 10-15 photos and make a complete video, otherwise you will fall into the trap of people like these.

    Rented Tvs jupiter for 2 months. Very worst experience. Vehicles are in very worst condition. Break wire cut while driving. Engine belt got cut while driving. The shop owner is a cheap money minded guy. While asking about the issues, Ill treating us with no proper response and no respect as well. Don't go for renting vehicles to him if you willing to have quality rides. I surrendered the vehicle with that issues. He promising to another customer for that same vehicle as newly serviced. Very cheap.

    Dear Chandran,
    I gave you the vehicle in a very good condition and when you returned after 2months with 6000 plus KMS.
    Definitely the vehicle has to be serviced for this usage, when you were called for servicing you have told you have work and unable to come.
    I never guaranteed next Customer as your returned vehicle was serviced, kindly learn honesty and your FAKE REVIEW will not affect my business.
    Nowhere you can get a reimbursement without proper bill and intimation.
    Be honest for yourself, happy day.

    Bad bad experience. Gave Jupiter instead of activa at late night. That too for Rs.300 more than any on website and didn't want to accept UPI for tax reasons. I broke a taillight for which they charged me double amount and didn't send a bill even after promising to do so as I had paid in advance. I feel cheated.
