Deposit Terms

Deposit Amount: Rs. 7,000

  1.  Security Deposit : The security deposit will be refunded immediately after the vehicle is returned in proper condition, without any damage and settling fuel and fast-tag charges.

  2. Documents Required : Original government-issued ID proof and a photocopy of a valid driving licence must be submitted at the time of pickup.

  3. Kilometer Limit:

    The rental includes up to 250 km per day.

    Additional usage will be charged at ₹15 per km.

  4. Fuel Policy:

    Fuel is not included in the rental price.

  5. Age Requirement:

    The minimum age for renting a car is 25 years and above.

  6. Cleaning Policy:

    Vehicles returned in an unclean or dirty condition will attract cleaning charges.

  7. Speed Limit & Penalty:

    Maximum allowed speed is 100 km/h.

    A fine of ₹500 per instance will be charged for over-speeding.

  8. Smoking Policy:

    Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

    A penalty of ₹1,000 will be charged if violated.

  9. Booking & Delivery:

    Bookings must be made at least 3 hours prior to pickup.

    Doorstep delivery is available on request and is chargeable based on distance.

  10. Damage Liability:

    The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. Repair costs will be adjusted from the security deposit or charged separately if they exceed the deposit amount.

  11. Accident Reporting:

    In case of an accident, the renter must inform the rental company immediately and file a police complaint where required.

  12. Late Return Charges:

    Late returns will attract additional charges as per the company’s rate card.

  13. Extension Policy:

    Rental extensions must be requested and approved in advance. Availability is not guaranteed.

  14. Usage Restrictions:

    The vehicle must be used only for personal use. Commercial use, racing, towing, or off-road driving is strictly prohibited.
