Very disappointing experience. I paid ₹1,723 for the bike rental, but the condition of the bike was far from satisfactory. The bike was not clean, and it was making strange noises while riding. The two helmets provided were also extremely dirty and unhygienic. What made the experience even worse was that I had to go all the way to the 15th floor just to collect the bike key, and the helmets were kept in a shoe rack. Considering the amount I paid, I expected much better cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. Overall, a very poor experience and definitely not worth ₹1,723. I would not recommend this service unless they improve their bike maintenance, cleanliness, and customer handling.
