Deposit Terms

Deposit Amount: Rs. 5,000

  1. The refundable security deposit will be returned within 24–48 hours after vehicle return and inspection.
  2. The customer must carry a valid Driving License (Original) and one Government-issued ID proof.
  3. If the original DL is submitted, the security deposit will be ₹5000.
  4. If the original DL is not submitted, the security deposit will be ₹10,000.
  5. There is a km limit of 200 km/day, 1200 km/week, and 4000 km/month. The exceeding charge would be Rs. 9/km. Fuel is not included.
  6. The customer is fully responsible for safe driving and compliance with all traffic rules.
  7. In case of any accident or damage, the company will conduct an inspection and assessment, and the customer will pay the decided charges.
  8. Smoking or alcohol consumption inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. If violated, a penalty of ₹1000 will be charged and the entire security deposit will be forfeited.
  9. Any charges for damage, traffic challans, or misuse will be deducted from the security deposit. If the deductions exceed the deposit, the customer must pay the balance amount.
  10. If pickup & drop service is required, the customer must inform the company at least 2 hours in advance.

- I was provided with a different car during the trip. - The car provided to me didn't have insurance back up during the trip for which I had to pay the fine. - Though I was ready to return the car before 9 pm, I was asked to come after 10 pm for which me and my wife had to pay extra for returning to my place. - The host didn't disclose about important informations regarding the trip (e.g. the lack of insurance of the car during the trip) - The host denied to return the security deposit and asked for more money at the end of the trip. - When I asked for the bill, no bill was provided. - Now the host is threatening me over WhatsApp messages to pay extra without providing any bill. - Overall, it was a bad experience.
