Very disappointing experience with RenTrip. The vehicle provided was poorly maintained, with excessive fuel consumption, damaged parts, vibrations, and other issues. I raised complaints and was assured of ₹3,000 compensation for the inconvenience, but the amount remains unpaid despite repeated follow-ups. Multiple complaint tickets were marked resolved and closed without any actual resolution. RenTrip directed me to the dealer instead of resolving a complaint arising from a booking on their platform. I am still waiting for a fair and satisfactory resolution.

Had a great experience renting a car from Pratik. He has a large collection of new and well-maintained vehicles, with plenty of options to choose from. The cars are neat, clean, and in excellent condition. Pratik is very cooperative, professional, and punctual. The booking, documentation, and handover process was smooth and properly managed. The car was delivered clean and on time. Overall, a hassle-free, trustworthy, and professional experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good self-drive rental car! 🚗💯
