Deposit Terms

Deposit Amount: Rs. 5,000

The customer must carry a valid Driving License (Original) and one Government-issued ID proof.
If the original DL is submitted, the security deposit will be ₹5000.
If the original DL is not submitted, the security deposit will be ₹10,000.
The customer is fully responsible for safe driving and compliance with all traffic rules.
In case of any accident or damage, the company will conduct an inspection and assessment, and the customer will pay the decided charges.
Smoking or alcohol consumption inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. If violated, a penalty of ₹1000 will be charged and the entire security deposit will be forfeited.
If any traffic challan is issued, the customer will pay the full challan amount plus ₹300 as processing charges.
The fuel level must be returned the same as provided at the start. If found lower, a penalty of ₹300 will be charged.
Extra usage charges will apply as follows:
• ₹300 per hour for the first 2 extra hours
• ₹450 per hour thereafter
• ₹15 per extra kilometer
Any charges for damage, traffic challans, or misuse will be deducted from the security deposit. If the deductions exceed the deposit, the customer must pay the balance amount.
The refundable security deposit will be returned within 24–48 hours after vehicle return and inspection.
If pickup & drop service is required, the customer must inform the company at least 2 hours in advance.
