Deposit Terms

Deposit Amount: Rs. 5,000

  1. Documents required: Original Aadhar Card and Original Driving License.
  2. The Security Deposit is refundable in 24 hours after we receive the bike in proper condition.
  3. You need to submit an original ID proof and a photocopy of your driving license.
  4. In case of any damage to the vehicle, the customer is liable to pay the repair charges as per the Authorised Service Center.
  5. Security Amount refund in 24 hours after drop timing.
  6. If you're dropping late then late penalty will be there.
  7. There is a km limit of 200 km/day and 1400 km/week. The excess charge would be Rs. 7/km.

1. Pickup location was far from the location mentioned on the app while booking, had to take extra pain for the pickup. 2. Scooty condition was bad 3. Not safe to ride on road with such vehicle, company should run basic checks about vehicle condition before onboarding them. Not a pleasent experience, disappointed.
