Deposit Terms

Deposit Amount: Rs. 500

  1. One Helmet will be given with the bike. Another will be available on request 
  2. Security Deposit is refundable once we receive the bike in proper condition.
  3. You need to submit the photocopy of your driving license and original address proof.
  4.  There is a Km limit of 100 Km/day and 700 Km/week. Exceeding charge that would be Rs 3 /Km.

The condition of the Scooty is just pathetic.. the brakes are not well, accelerator is very tight, Mirrors are broken, Horn doesn't work, the milage is very poor my petrol of 500 got vanished in just one day,the owner called me on different than given location to pick and drop the Scooty, the owner is a very inhuman person

I had a very bad experience with your service, due to traffic restrictions because of president presence in Rath Yatra, we are unable to provide on given day (07/07/2024) instead we have given yesterday (06/07/2024 morning). We also took bike late on 05/07/2024 due to transportation delay. Requested for a refund but no one responded and created a ticket for this issue in portal. The customer who provided the bike, he only suggested us to return it back in advance and raise a query for refund.

The dealer has behavioral issues. The dealer does not agree to provide the proper documents of vehicle. If the customers ask for the document he scolds the customer.

I have no complaints about this hire. Booking was very convenient on the website. The dealer (Sabir bhai) was very helpful and accommodating. He gave me the bike 30 mins before allotted pick up on request and even dropped me to the railway station about 5-7 mins away after drop off. The pick up and drop location is very convenient to reach. I would highly recommend hiring from this dealer via rentrip.
