Activa 5G comes with an engine capacity of 109.51cc which has a new fuel injection that produces power of 7.79PS at 8000rpm and 8.79Nm at 5250rpm. 

Deposit Terms

Deposit Amount: Rs. 1,000

  1. The original Driving license, Original Aadhar or Voter ID has to be shown for verification while picking up the vehicle.
  2. Local ID is needed like Office ID or Hotel Bills etc. 
  3. One helmet is complimentary with the vehicle. An extra helmet will be chargeable @ 100rs per day
  4. The km limit is 100 km per day, 600 km per week, and 2000 km per month. Exceeding this will cost you INR 3 per km + 28% GST.
  5. One hour buffer time is given for daily, weekly and monthly bookings, after that one day charge would be calculated. INR 100 per hour would be charged.
  6. Security Deposit is refundable once we receive the bike in proper condition. 
  7.  All Scooters are to use within the Bangalore City Limits.
  8. All geared bikes to use within Karnataka state only. It’s not allowed to go out of Karnataka. If the customer still goes out of the Karnataka state customer will be fined Rs: 2000 + depending on the state.
  9. Lessee is responsible for his insurance; Lessor will not be liable for any accidental expenses of Rider..
  10. The lessee shall use the bike entirely at his/her own risk and agrees that lessor will not accept any responsibility or be held accountable for any loss, injury or death as a result of, or leading from the hire of any of the vehicles.
  11. The bike shall be returned to the lessor in the same condition in which it was handed over to the lessee. Lessee is responsible for any traffic violations incurred due to your use of a rented vehicle. The lessor is not liable for any costs from any such breach.
  12. In case the vehicle returned is found excessively dirty/muddy, the lessee will have to bear the charge of washing not exceeding 200 Rupees. You must report such violations to a Lessor’s Representative as soon as possible.
  13. Towing service will be borne by the customer in case of the unlikely event of tire puncture or collision or breakdown due to improper usage. In the event of mechanical or technical failure, we will take care of towing the bike at our own cost.
  14. All our bikes have GPS tracking devices; we recommend that you follow the speed limit of 80km/hr – our team gets automated updates on the bikes that exceed speed limits. After three instance bike will be immobilized. And the penalty has to be paid by the user.
