The dealer was reluctant in giving deposit amount back. He was not responding to call and was not calling back after repeatedly calling him that too after 2 days. Then after raising the ticket we got some help from rent trip team and it took 4 days for refund.As he was doing it purposely so that he can deceive us. Previously we rented the bike many times from rent trip and it was so good experience but this trip from Varanasi (Gaurav mishra) was so pathetic and bad experience in every way. Kindly take some action Rent trip team.

Worst experience ever in booking from this dealer. I don't suggest anyone to book from this dealer this dealer is not returning my security money even after 4 months and has blocked my phone number. Shame on such people for running this business.

The Honda CRV was in worst condition. 1. It was not clean and full of dust. 2. Many of the parts are broken below bonnet, left rear view mirror, pilot seat knob etc. 3. Owner was not responsive. 4. Found issue with steering wheel jam and oil leak which owner was aware and not communicated to me or fixed before handing over the car, I had an issue on highway due to this. 5. Deposit amount was returned to me after a lot of followups after 15 days. 6. I left my pen drive in the car and I requested the owner to courier it to me or drop it in the nearby hotel where I was staying. He said&
