    I am writing to inquire about the charges outlined for my recent car rental.

    My understanding of the charges is as follows:

      * Extra KML: 204 \* 12 = 2448
      * Fast Tag Balance: 350
      * Fast Tag Recharge: 500
      * Fast Tag Minus Balance: 50
      * Car Wash Charges: 500
      * Car Handover Late Change: 1000
      * Overspeed (9 times): 9 \* 500 = 4500
      * Total Amount: 9348
      * Deposit Amount: 5000
      * Balance Amount: 4348

    I would appreciate it if you could provide clarification on the charges, particularly regarding the overspeeding penalties and the total amount. I would like to understand why all these charges are applicable, as the amount seems high. I also provided feedback about the car being in a poor condition.

    Could you please elaborate on these points?
