    "AVOID THIS BIKE OWNER AT ALL COSTS! I had the misfortune of dealing with the most arrogant bike owner I've ever encountered. Despite repeated attempts to contact him via phone, he refused to answer until the booking was finalized. When I finally managed to track him down through door-to-door inquiries, he had the audacity to claim that he wasn't the owner of the bike. He then revealed that he had received messages from the actual owner, who had instructed him not to engage with me. The owner's representative proceeded to cancel my booking without any explanation or apology. His demeanor was appalling, and his lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Zero stars isn't enough to express my disappointment. This bike owner does not deserve to be
