Deposit Terms

Deposit Amount: Rs. 5,000

1. The security deposit is refundable after 24 hr. Once we receive the vehicle in proper condition.

2. You need to submit your original driving license and a photocopy of your ID proof.

3. There is a km limit of 250 km/day, 1300 km/week, and 3000 km/month. Excess kilometers will be charged at INR 7/km.

4. In case of any outer damage, the customer pays for full repair costs.

5. Excess FastTag amount and fuel will not be reimbursed.

6. Drop the vehicle with the same fuel level. In case of less fuel, refueling charges plus Rs. 500 will be charged. 

7. The speed limit for the Eon is 80 kmph. Overspeeding will cost Rs. 200/instance plus any traffic violation.

We rented a car for 24 hours, but when we arrived, it was covered in dust and clearly hadn’t been used in a while. One of the tyres was flat, yet the staff tried to convince us it wasn’t punctured and simply refilled the air. Within minutes, it deflated again. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner rudely told us to go fix it ourselves at a petrol pump. They wasted our time and showed zero professionalism. Avoid this rental service.

Car was not washed. Air in the tires were low. The side view mirror is attached and non moveable. Although the car is okay but the service is not great.
