The car quality was nice. Rented it for 13 days. The dealer took 10000 as deposit which he told he will refund after 24 hrs after returning the car (because the traffic challan takes 24 hrs to reflect online). Called dealer after 3 days for refund. He took 15 days to refund my amount, he was not picking up the call (I called him more than 50 times in 15 days, no reply), finally i took it up to rentrip and got my refund.
