Pre-Rental Inspection: Renter to record a video + photos of all sides and sends it at same time instantly.

Customer's Responsibility: Daily upkeep during rental period

Damage Reporting: Renter bears all costs for damages directly at the Manufacturer's showroom

Theft or Loss: Customer liable for secure parking and any damage or theft

Helmets: 1 helmet provided as per Traffic rules, additional gear chargeable

Towing and Roadside Assistance: Towing and roadside assistance at customer's cost

Late Return Fees: Return timing 6 pm ,Grace period of 1 hour additional , next day charged after 7 pm returns

Dispute Resolution: Jurisdiction of Srinagar Court

Local Regulations and Permits:

Vehicle should not leave the limits of Kashmir division. Especially NOT for LEH , LADAKH and KARGIL

The vehicle should be returned with the same amount of fuel as it was given. Any additional fuel or accessory

present on return company is not liable to pay.

If the vehicle has to be collected from a location other than the designated one, fuel charges and recovery

charges will be applicable.

There can be delays, interruptions, or problems with the services due to unforeseen circumstances. The renter

cannot assert any claim, legal or illegal, for such occurrences.

There are no hourly rates; rental periods are day-based, ending at 6 pm as the garage closes.

The customer should not engage in altercations with locals or individuals. Any issues should be resolved

amicably and promptly without getting into disputes.

The renter should not ride in unfavorable circumstances such as rain, snow, or during curfew-like times.

In the morning, the bike has to be kick-started, and the choke has to be used for 10 minutes for proper upkeep.

Refund of the security deposit will be processed after a complete checkup by a mechanic.

Any damages should be reported immediately and should not be attempted to be repaired independently

In case of lost keys, a charge of 1000 will be applicable. If a new key has to be delivered, additional delivery

charges will apply, and deliveries will be done during daytime hours depending on staff availability.
