Deposit Terms

Deposit Amount: Rs. 3,000

  1. One helmet will be given with the bike. Another will be available on request.
  2. The security deposit is refundable after 24 hours, once we receive the bike in proper condition.
  3. You need to submit an original ID proof and a photocopy of your driving license.
  4. There is a km limit of 120 km/day, 700 km/week, and 2000 km/month. The exceeding charge would be Rs. 3/km.

  5. The vehicle is permitted for use within Mumbai city limits only. Taking the vehicle outside Mumbai will result in a penalty of ₹1,000. In the event of a breakdown occurring outside the permitted area, the customer will be responsible for all related expenses.

  6. We provide the scooty in a washed, neat, and clean condition, and we expect customers to return it in the same clean and well-maintained condition. If the bike/scooty is returned unclean or not properly maintained, a ₹100 cleaning charge will be deducted from the deposit.

if there is zero star or negative score, I will choose it definitely. I have booked a two wheeler in Mumbai to avoid heavy traffic of Mumbai. I have booked active through booking id RT87457878904 and amount of 1258 has been charged for 3 days rental service. owner of the vehicle taken cash of this charge plus 3000 as deposit which is going to refund after returning of vehicle to owner also she has taken my original Aadhar card for safety. Vehicle was not running smoothly and having lots of issue. neither owner of vehicle not company has taken this seriously to resolve issue. i literally dragging the vehicle almost 2 km. owner neither returned my deposit amount of 3000 not returned my original Aadhar card. company has not taken any action t
