It was not at all pleasant experience to find the dealers location as it was not updated on the site and had to travel twice from Shivajinagar. There is no testing of vehicles working conditions by the company or dealer so that is not to say one won’t find a good conditioned vehicle. The delivery and pickup point should be accurate to minimise hassles for first time users. Price structure too needs working.

1. Pickup location was far from the location mentioned on the app while booking, had to take extra pain for the pickup. 2. Scooty condition was bad 3. Not safe to ride on road with such vehicle, company should run basic checks about vehicle condition before onboarding them. Not a pleasent experience, disappointed.
