    I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received. My recent experience with your platform was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I ended up wasting an entire day trying to get support for a bike that was clearly not in proper working condition. Despite repeated efforts, the issue was never resolved. A journey that should have taken just one hour ended up taking double the time, severely impacting my schedule and ruining my trip. Frankly, if the bike was not in usable condition, it should never have been handed over to me. This reflects poor quality control and a lack of responsibility toward customer safety and satisfaction. What’s even more frustrating is that I’m being denied a refund despite the clear inconve
