Deposit Terms

Deposit Amount: Rs. 1,000

  1. One helmet will be given with the bike. Another will be available on request.
  2. The security deposit is refundable once we receive the bike in proper condition.
  3. You need to submit an original ID proof and a photocopy of your driving license.
  4. Allowed only for local city use.
  5. There is a km limit of 100 km/day, 600 km/week, and 1800 km/month; exceeding it is charged Rs. 3/km.

I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received. My recent experience with your platform was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I ended up wasting an entire day trying to get support for a bike that was clearly not in proper working condition. Despite repeated efforts, the issue was never resolved. A journey that should have taken just one hour ended up taking double the time, severely impacting my schedule and ruining my trip. Frankly, if the bike was not in usable condition, it should never have been handed over to me. This reflects poor quality control and a lack of responsibility toward customer safety and satisfaction.
