No waiting time, entire experience of pickup and delivery of bike was of less than 5 mins. All documents were upto date. You can request for Authorization letter if travelling outside kolkata.

Had some issues while returning the bike, but dealer was cooperative and refunded the full security deposit.

Bike is not in good condition. Don't book. Also address issue. Self start is not working. Too much fuel consumption. Dealer was too much rude Don't book this bike. Katara bike brake is also not working properly.

Very sorry for the issues you faced because of self start. It was an isolated incident that happened once. However to compensate we had also discounted your 60 km extra charges above the 100km daily limit for a day and not charged a single penny.

The dealer is very cooperative. Best dealer at Rentrip. Best Bike. I also contacted other offline dealers, the condition of real bike picture was pathetic, but V15 bike by this dealer was smooth, clean and well serviced.

What a experience, hiring a 2 wheeler in Kolkata was a new deal to me. Rentrip searching was easy with various options. But one thing strike me no bike available in Southern part of city. Rentrip may do this And regaeding V15 model( chosen by me)
