Fraud dealer, dealer not attending the call, more than two weeks dealer didnt refund the RSD amount.

The owner is a scammer he took 2000 as security for my monthly rental and saying that scooty has scratches he says he cannot return my 2000.

Shit like experience..bike was not good... Owner was also not responsible. It got 2 times repair while going We repaired they are not giving the money also. Brake was also not good worst experience

Please don't book this vehicle..very bad experience..and also the advance amount will not set back with in the agreed days..they will say it will get back in to your account within 7 days ..no way...very bad office and dealers...and I had booked one appache for 750 and while going to collect vehicle they informed us that the perticular vehicle is not available and I insist to pick a splender and the bike is too bad . Also charged same rate of appache..still I didn't recieved my advance amount...just putting this comment for your valuable time and experience..go for another option

Scooty which I bookedwasn't there so they altered another Scooty but it wasn't in a good condition, I booked for 1 month and for more than a week I kept under garage and they charged the repair amount from my pocket

The front brake wasn't working properly, which is a serious safety concern. How can you expect customers to ride safely with faulty brakes? The customer support was unhelpful, and the rental process was poorly managed. The pricing model is also ridiculous - ₹5 per km after 100 km, and a high daily rental fee? It's highway robbery! I was charged extra for every kilometer over 100, which is unacceptable. As per terms and conditions East tambaram chennai dealer Mr. Sabarish has not refunded the full amount without any reasons.

I booked this bike from Sholinganallur, they changed it to Camp road. They even changed the bike and gave a really old Yamaha Fascino. They asked me to pay directly to them in the second month, and the scooter got so many problems where they don't reimburse properly for repair. Every time they say to bring the bike to camp road. Also I had to book a porter to send the bike to their shop in the end. Really bad experience with them.

This app is kind of scam here i booked bike and went to pickup location and at pickup location that rental shop guy is saying that booked bike is not available you take different bike and here i paid 194 rupees advanced and they didn’t consider this amount waste of money

The bike we booked was not available and he replaced with another bike but the battery was down, so self start will not work. Need to kick start every time. Since the bike ordered is for ladies, i asked for another bike in proper condition. He gave one but for that new one I need to pay extra 300rs per day as it was BS6. I had no option as the booked amount will not be refunded. I had to choose BS6 bike Even in that new bike seat cover was not getting locked, so we can't keep any valuable things in storage. He informed half litre petrol had to be in bike to get start, otherwise it will not get start. So we maintained one litre petrol (minimum) in there to be in safe condition as we had gone out. Took bike for 3 days .. initially worried of issue where the vehicle breakdown. In the middle.. checked with owner multiple times and he gave a guarantee it works fine.. It was a seamless 3 days and no issue during the trip. Will be renting again next week..

deserve only 0 star. Dealer name: NEXGEN BIKES Booked for 9AM, But he came to shop at 9.45 only. i booked TVS ZEST with 15K KM running. But given to me was other bike with 50K KM which is not in good condition and stoped within 15 KM. Called dealer for help. He asked to get it ready in local workshop and cut the call. I found only 1 workshop there. It took more than hour to get it ready and i had to pay for it. Due to this delay i missed my very purpose of visit to chennai. After all strugle, i explained all struggles i faced, but no response for that and he refused to reimburse the amount i spent on his worst bike. The way he talked was frustrating. Worst service by dealer. Rentrip to take proper action on dealer. No other user should suffer

Very very bad service, they don't have the vehicle listed here, when u reach there they will provide different vehicle. Vehicles not maintained well I had to take it to mechanic twice then exchanged another vehicle, the exchanged vehicle had flat tire but they just filled the air and gave it to me once I reached home it was flat tire.

Charged me base price as Rs.2200/- instead of Rs.1999/-. Gave me bike at 2 pm and charged extra Rs.900/- for additional one hour. Disappointment.

The worst experience ever. We booked one bike and they gave us other bike. If they don't have the model, it's different, but they do and they said it's in nearby shed and no one there to bring it. And the bike they gave is in worst condition. The chain guard came out and i got it repaired with my own money. And while taking in phone with the dealer asking for the bike we booked, he was shouting and asking why are u arguing. Never recommend this to anyone. The worst service. The worst dealer and his attitude. Very disappointed.

They gave a bike whoch was rusted not working properly, the horn, front light and both speed and petrol meters weren't working. After all this they lied and made me put additional petrol and didn't compensate anything for it. The worst service I got till date
