Maestro Edge

It was a great experience with the dealer. We had no issues with the pick up and drop. Also dealer was very humble & polite and guided us what needs to be taken care of while driving in the narrow streets.

Poor quality of scooty..even they deduct money if scooty speedometer got down by its own.

Hi Shubham, we apologise for the inconvenience caused, but no amount is deducted without any cause. The speedometers get damaged due to impulsive fatigues on the vehicle by any possible reasons during the drive, thus it comes under the customer's radar.

Vehicles were not at all maintained. None of those were undergone service.One of the Activa 3G shocker had worn out and other was unable to start. Therefore I was given Maestro instead which too produce abnormal sound at lower speeds. I am not satisfied with 'rentrip' service and its policy of not able to see the vehicle in advance before paying the money in full. This has been my worst experience so far in renting a bike.

Overall the experience was Okay and the dealer was awesome and friendly The scooty i.e Activa 3G which he provided instead of Fascino, was in bad condition which the dealer managed and repaired swiftly..

The scooty was in very good condition except for starting hiccups if left overnight. Otherwise it sailed smoothly through the busy Banaras Galis and crowds like a dream. The owner is extremely good, taking care of everything for you. Overall a very good experience.
