Deposit Terms

Deposit Amount: Rs. 10,000

  1.  For one-day bookings, the security deposit will be Rs 10,000.
  2. For bookings longer than 4 days, the security deposit will be Rs 5,000.
  3. The deposit is refundable, once we receive the car in proper condition.
  4. Original ID proof and a photocopy of your valid driving licence must be submitted at the time of pickup.
  5. There is a km limit of 200 km/daily, 1000 Km/weekly, and 3000 Km/monthly. The exceeding charge would be Rs 8/km. Fuel is not included.
  6. This vehicle is not allowed for locals. It is only for tourists.
  7. If the driving area or any rules are violated, a penalty of Rs 500 + one day's rent will be charged.
  8. The minimum age to rent a car is 25 years.
  9. Drop-off service is available at the airport with a one-way charge of Rs 450.
  10. For a single-day booking, the customer needs to drive within the city limits. It is not allowed for outstation for one-day bookings.
  11. The vehicle is not permitted out of state. The customer can only use the vehicle within a 200 km radius.

Worst service I have ever got. First of all they gave me a plain swift while I booked swift dezire. I had an accident due to which there was a small dent on the car which would cost around 2K but the owner demanded 5k to which we later agreed on 3k but then he sent me the refund amount of 6000 only that too after 2 days by continuously calling him. This has to be the worst service for real!!!
