Deposit Terms

Deposit Amount: Rs. 2,000

  1. One Helmet will be given with the bike. Another will be available on request. ( Extra charge for extra helmet )
  2. Security Deposit is refundable once we receive the bike in proper condition.
  3. You need to submit an original ID proof and a photocopy of your driving license.    
  4. There is Km limit of 220 km/day , 1500 km/week and 4000 km/month. Exceeding the km limit chargeable Rs.7 /km.
  5. All geared bikes to use within Karnataka state only. It is not allowed to go out of Karnataka. If the customer still goes out of the Karnataka state customer will be fined Rs.2000 + depending on the state.
  6. Original Driving license, Original Aadhar or Original voter id is to be shown for verification. Along with present or Local Address like Rental agreement or PG Receipt etc...,
  7. Lessee is responsible for his insurance; Lessor will not be liable for any accidental expenses of Rider.

I had a very pleasant experience with the dealer. The pickup and drop off was seamless.

Bike is relatively new so the ride quality was good. Engine oil was not changed and the left mirror was loosened in order to attach a phone holder -- this is major safety issue at higher speeds. Helmet was very loose and smelled really bad - was not usable. Dealer was nice enough to drop and pick up the bike and was flexible with the timings. There was an issue where extra charges were added into the 'refundable' deposit. Terms should be made fully clear before hand. I would rent the bike again from M R Rentals but only if the bike and helmet are maintained better.

I rented a Suzuki V-Strom 250 and couldn’t be happier! The bike was in perfect condition—smooth, comfortable, and great on both city roads and open highways. What really made the experience outstanding was the rental agency. Their team was incredibly friendly, professional, and made everything effortless from booking to drop-off. The bike was spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. It’s rare to find such great service and attention to detail. I highly recommend both the V-Strom 250 and this rental agency. It was truly a 5-star experience!

good service, whoever is looking surrounding kr puram definitely go for this. I took it in weekend around for Rs,649. Week days it is lesser price , I just felt that atleast 400 to 450 will be good to use it more on weekends

Firstly the dealer kept me waiting when i went to drop off the vehicle. He came out from his own house where the vehicle was to be dropped, and it wasnt like he was coming from elsewhere, so not sure why he took so much time. Afterwards the dealer asked me to go back home and then he will pay the deposit money. I came back home, had to call him multiple times to get my deposit money back. And he deducted Rs 100 for maintainance while he himself agreed that there was no damage caused to vehicle. The vehicle was good but the dealer was not at all professional.

All was good.. Dealer was cooperative... Just that i got the scooty 1.5 hrs late.. I stood for 1 hr near bike pickup point because no one was there to give me scooty.. Overall ok experience.
