Deposit Terms

Deposit Amount: Rs. 3,000

  1. One helmet will be given with the bike. Another will be available on request.
  2. The security deposit is refundable once we receive the bike in proper condition.
  3. You need to submit an original ID proof and a photocopy of your driving license. No vehicle will be provided without an original Aadhaar and license.
  4. Vehicles are not allowed for outstation rides within city limits only. 
  5. There is a km limit of 100 km/day and 600 km/week. The exceeding charge would be Rs. 5/km.
  6. Late payment charges 100 rs per hour.

Worst experience. I booked an Active 5g 2020 model but got some old active 4g in the worst condition. I bike stopped multiple times. Seat cushioning is bad. Zero maintenance. When I asked the manager about this he said all vehicles are same price check the website. It doesn’t matter for me. They should give me a vehicle which has been booked.

Got activa instead of Jupiter, shaky handle, loose side mirrors. Engine also had a wierd sound. However the person handling was cooperative

First of all the didn’t gave ray instead they gave me dio for the booking, above the condition of the vehicle was very , the battery was fully drained so the self start was not working . The contact person was also very rude

The bike provided to me was a personal vehicle. It should be YELLOW no. plate. The dealer gave me a vehicle 2 hours after booking time and deducted rs. 200 from my security deposit stating for late charges (I was there on time but dealer shop was already closed before the time.

conditions of vehicle is not good. experienced stoppages while driving due to fuel supply issue. if anything happened riders has to take responsibility to fix up. However I wasted so many hours and day was pathetic
