Activa is a 125 cc scooter from Honda that churns out 8.60 bhp of power and 10.10 Nm of torque. With a fuel tank capacity of 5 ltrs it has a mileage of almost 60 kmpl.  It has a good under seat storage.

Deposit Terms

Deposit Amount: Rs. 1,000

Helmet Policy

One helmet will be provided with the bike. An additional helmet is available upon request (charges may apply).

A high-quality helmet is provided with every bike. The cost for an extra helmet starts from INR 50–100 per day. If the helmet or any accessories are damaged, you will need to pay the replacement cost. However, you may keep the damaged item.

Security Deposit

The security deposit is refundable once the bike is returned in proper condition.

Required Documents

You must submit:

One original address proof (Aadhaar Card, Company ID, or Passport)

A photocopy of your valid Driving License.

Vehicles will not be provided to customers holding a learner's license.

Unlimited Kilometers

There is no kilometer limit. All bikes come with unlimited km.

Outstation Travel & Breakdown

If you take the bike outside the city, it is your responsibility to take the vehicle to the nearest garage in case of any issue or breakdown. We will not be liable for any towing charges.

In case of a breakdown, the rider must arrange to return the bike to our pickup point.

Trip Extension

If you wish to extend your trip, you must inform our customer care service in advance. No extra charges apply for up to 1 hour beyond the scheduled return time.

Traffic Violations

All traffic violations, fines, and challans during the rental period will be the rider’s responsibility. Please follow traffic rules.

Vehicle Condition & Test Ride

All bikes are properly serviced. You may test ride the vehicle before renting. Once rented, the bike is your responsibility.

Damage & Accident Policy

In case of any damage or accident, the rider must bear the repair costs and continue to pay the rental charges until the motorcycle is fully repaired.

The original ID proof and security deposit will be retained until the matter is resolved.

Early Return Policy

If the bike is returned before the agreed rental period, no refund will be provided.

Abandonment Policy

Abandoning the bike at any location is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be taken in such cases.

Replacement of Parts & Reimbursement

If any part of the vehicle needs to be replaced, you must inform customer care beforehand.

Reimbursement will be provided upon submission of the original invoice.

This applies only to tires, batteries, chains, brake pads, oil, and electrical failures.

Activa was not strong enough to ride on Mountain roads (like Pawana lake, lonavala roads). Need clear communication about bike Capacity and strength for ride

We booked Activa 3G, the person told us that it's not available and we will have to pay extra saying that only Activa 5G is available. Also, the vehicle given to us was not in a good condition, wasn't picking up speed and the break wasn't working properly. Very risky to ride. While the owner was helpful but the vehicle was disappointing.

Rent trip needs to ensure 2 wheelers quality is properly audited before listing them. Cant have poor braking, worn out tyres, non functional odometers, broken shock absorbers to be a norm. I saw little effort from customer care to damage control customer experience. Garage owners are renting out bikes and they lack professional outlook. I dont think ill be using rental services from rent trip.
