The last date of registration is 20 days prior to the trip start date. RenTrip reserves the right to close the registration early or extend the date of registration. RenTrip reserves the right to change, alter or cancel a trip due to any reason which might not be in the best interest of your safety, like dangerous water levels, landslides, extreme weather conditions, etc.

Note: There may be changes in the route and final program due to any unforeseen circumstances.

  • The subscription amount is not refundable.
  • You must clear the complete tour invoice 30 days before the scheduled departure of the tour.
  • 25% cancellation fee applicable if tour cancelled 7 days before the scheduled departure. Afterward, the tour subscription is not refundable.
  • if the minimum subscription is not met, we shall inform you 30 days before and refund your subscription amount.

  • Any Entry fees at all forts and heritage buildings
  • Any kind of Biking gears (such as Elbow Guard, Knee Guard, Riders Jacket, etc)
  • Cost escalation due to change in itinerary because of any natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks, bad weather, social or political unrest, sudden shutdown of any govt. authority/office to be borne by the client directly on the spot

Itinerary Details

Day 01: - Arrivals at Srinagar

Welcome to the world of Himalayan adventure travel. You have till 4:30 p.m. on this day. You must report to the Srinagar Tourist Point, where our representative will receive you. Then you'll be taken by Tempo Traveler to Sonmarg. Now, spend the night at Sonmarg.

 

Day 02: - Sonmarg To Kargil

We'll travel to Kargil via Sonmarg after breakfast in the morning (Known As Meadow of Gold). Now we'll travel to Drass Village through the famed Zojila pass (2nd Coldest Inhabited Place in the World). You may travel to a spectacular perspective of the Kargil War. From the Vijay war memorial hall location, take in the famous peaks (Tiger, Tololing) and arrive in Kargil in the evening. Now spend the night in Kargil.

 

Day 03: - Kargil to Leh

Leave for Leh after breakfast in the morning in Kargil. Mulbek, the Giant Living Buddha Sculpture atop Rock Mountain, and Lamayuru, one of Ladakh's oldest monasteries, are also worth seeing. On your way visit and enjoy the places like The Moon Landscape, Magnetic Hill, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, and the Hall of Fame museum. You will arrive in Leh in the evening and spend the night there.

 

Day 4: - Leh to Nubra

We'll go to Khardung-La, the world's highest motorable pass at 18,380 feet, today. Despite the height, we will be riding one of the smoothest roads we have seen thus far, and the scenery will be spectacular. You fall into the significantly different terrain of the Nubra valley after staying at the Khardung-La pass.

 

Day 5: - Nubra –Turtuk – Nubra

After breakfast, we'll board our bullets and go towards Turtuk to experience the unknown today. Turtuk was under Pakistani control until 1971 when it was taken over by India. We'll pass through a gorgeous valley that's part of Shayok Valley on our trip there. Before the Line of Control, Turtuk is the final settlement. We'll bike back towards Nubra after exploring Turtuk. Later, we rode towards Hunder across the Nubra dunes and took a double-hump Bactrian camel safari through the dunes. Now you may stay at Nubra for an overnight stay with breakfast and dinner included.

 

Day 6: - Nubra to Pangong

After breakfast, we will go by one of the most unusual paths in Ladakh, via Shyok hamlet, which has lately been opened to visitors.

 

Day 07: Pangong Lake to Leh

Have breakfast at your Pangong campsites in the morning. After that, make your way back to Leh through Changla Pass (17,350 feet). Changla Pass is the world's third-highest motorable road. You may spend the evening in Leh at your leisure after you arrive. Stay at the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

 

Day 8: Leh to Jispa

After an early breakfast, check out of the hotel and travel to Sarchu through the Tanglang La Pass. Tanglang La Pass is the world's second-highest motorable road at 17,585 feet. You may pause for lunch in Pang before continuing on to Lachungla Pass, which is 5065 meters high. We will stop at Suraj Tal and Deepak Tal ready to travel to Jispa. We will also cross the famed Baralacha Pass, which connects the Lahaul region in Himachal Pradesh to Ladakh and is located at 16,616 feet. We'd arrive and settle into our campground, enjoying the scenery. Staying in a camp there for the night.

 

Day 09: Jispa to Manali

Our annual road trip has reached its end. We began our journey from Jispa to Manali early in the morning. We'll try to travel the most distance possible with the fewest stops possible on this day's trip. By the evening, we had completed our epic road trip and had arrived at Manali.

 

Day 10: Departure from Manali to Delhi by Volvo

We all have to check out of the hotel after breakfast the next morning, and you are free to tour the area. However, everyone must get to the Volvo bus stop by 5:00 p.m. in the evening to board the Volvo bus that will take us to our final destination of Delhi.

  • What is a guided motorcycle tour?

    Guided Motorcycle Tours are the organized motorcycle trips and supported by an experienced Ride Captain, Backup Vehicle, and Mechanic. It is a complete package bike trip. This also generally includes accommodation, food, bonfires, and experiences. Please see the Motorcycle Tour Itinerary for complete details.

  • What is Package A, B, C etc. It is hard to understand.

    Please look for the description of the package for any package you select. For example, Package A - (Rider With Rented Bullet) means package includes the bike from us. Please refer Package Policy for complete details.

  • Will you give me a Motorcycle to ride?

    Yes, We shall offer you a cruiser bike to take a ride for the complete tour provided you selected the package which includes a bike from us. If someone in the group wants to come with his/ her own motorcycle, we do allow.

  • How to reserve a tour with you?

    We shall need 25% amount of the tour for booking and rest of the amount must be clear 30 days before the scheduled departure of the tour.

  • We are a large group. Shall you offer any discounts for us?

    We love to give discounts. Please send us your details and we shall offer you what others can only imagine.

  • What is the cancelation policy if I want to cancel the tour later?

    Non Refundable Amount Rs.5,000 per person.
    From 60 to 45 days before commencement of the tour 25 %.
    From 45 to 30 days before commencement of the tour 50 %.
    Below 30 days or not traveling 100 %.

  • Is there any security deposit for the motorcycles we shall take?

    Yes, you shall need to make a deposit of INR 10,000 per person at the time of receiving the bike. However, pillions do not have to make any deposit.

  • What documents are required from riders participating?

    All riders participating must be in possession of a valid driving license to enable them to drive motorcycles in India. International participants must be in possession of an International driving license. This shall be checked before the start of the tour. Anyone not having a driving license shall not be allowed to participate. You shall also need to submit copies of valid address proofs of all the participants.
