    Very disappointing experience. The car was delivered in poor cleanliness condition, yet the dealer still deducted ₹200 as a “mandatory cleaning charge.” I could not find any such Rentrip policy. If cleaning is compulsory, include it upfront instead of deducting it every trip. The fuel indicator was also not working. I reported it immediately with screenshots, but ₹1000 was still deducted unfairly. Vehicle documents were incomplete, and police stopped me twice at tolls because of it. FASTag was also not recharged, forcing me to manually calculate toll payments at every gate. Over

    Sir, first of all, the car was washed and fully cleaned. Secondly, if you are not able to pay the fuel charges, then please do not take the car and later post fake comments. It is a simple request — please do not spoil our profile with false reviews.
