Deposit Terms

Deposit Amount: Rs. 5,000

  1.  The security deposit is refundable once we receive the car in proper condition.
  2.  You need to submit an original ID proof and a photocopy of your driving licence.
  3.  There is a km limit of 250 km/day and 1500 km/week. Exceeding that would be Rs 7/km. Fuel is not included.
  4.  If the car is returned back in dirty condition, extra cleaning charges will be deducted from the deposit amount (Rs. 300).

Very disappointing experience. The car was delivered in poor cleanliness condition, yet the dealer still deducted ₹200 as a “mandatory cleaning charge.” I could not find any such Rentrip policy. If cleaning is compulsory, include it upfront instead of deducting it every trip. The fuel indicator was also not working. I reported it immediately with screenshots, but ₹1000 was still deducted unfairly. Vehicle documents were incomplete, and police stopped me twice at tolls because of it. FASTag was also not recharged, forcing me to manually calculate toll payments at every gate. Over
