    We exceeded the daily limit of 120km but we were ready to pay extra charges of per miles. But dealer didn't return the security deposit of 1000 rs saying that it is a fine for exceeting the daily limit

    You didn't only exceed the daily KM limit you also took Scooty to Ajanta Caves which we don't allow so 1000/- was not fine of exceeding km limit it was penalty for taking bike to Ajanta cave without intimation.
