    There were so many issues with the bike like rear brakes were not working, rear tyre has so many cracks in the middle, so oil in the rear brake box no side mirror and also one broken on the right, bike was not serviced before giving to me and also it was turning off multiple times because of some carbon in the ignition button.

    Hello,

    I want to clarify the situation for fairness and transparency. Before handing over the motorcycle, I recorded detailed videos showing its condition — the bike was serviced and in proper running order. Unfortunately, after your usage, the rear tyre and brake pads were completely worn out due to rough handling. You also exceeded the agreed kilometers and returned the motorcycle at 1:30 AM instead of the scheduled 9:00 PM, disturbing my family at midnight.

    Despite this, no payment was made for the extra usage, late return, or damages. It is unfair to state that the bike had these issues before your ride when clear video proof shows otherwise.

    I respect honest feedback, but reviews should reflect facts. I hope this clarifies my side of the story for Rentrip and for future customers.
