The condition of the bike wasn’t good. It was dragging on to one side and seemed dangerous to drive around on the road. I don’t intend to rent a bike from this company anytime ever in the future.

We are always ask to take trial before confirming the bike. If there was any issues you can ask for change the bike. We are also not intimidated any problems at the time of return of bike. We will try not to repeat the same thing.

Firstly the bike got changed from Gusto to Activa and the Activa was not in a good condition and it got punctured twice during the 2 week duration of the booking. Apart from that the suspensions were not working properly. Further, since i had made 2 separate bookings, I had the option of cancelling the second booking without the refund of money that I had already paid. But this was also not given to me. Overall, first and last time that I booked a bike from rentrip
