Jupiter is a scooter from TVS which comes with a great style and air cooled 110 cc engine that churns 8 bhp of power. With a mileage of 55 kmpl and fuel tank capacity of 5 ltrs its has a 17 litre .It has a under seat storage of 17 litrs and a charging point too.

Deposit Terms

Deposit Amount: Rs. 1,000

Helmet Policy

One helmet is provided free of charge with the bike.

An additional helmet is available on request (charges apply: INR 50–100 per day).

If a helmet or accessory is damaged, the customer must pay the replacement cost. The damaged item may be kept by the customer.

Security Deposit

The security deposit is refundable after the bike is returned in proper condition.

In case of damages or accidents, the deposit and original ID proof will be retained until repair costs are settled.

Required Documents

One original address proof (Aadhaar Card, Company ID, or Passport).

A photocopy of a valid driver's license.

Vehicles are not provided to learners with a learner's license.

Kilometer Limit

All bikes come with unlimited kilometers (no km limit).

Outstation Travel

If the bike is taken outside the city, the customer is responsible for taking it to the nearest garage in case of breakdown.

Towing charges (if any) will not be borne by the company.

Trip Extension

To extend your rental period, you must inform customer care in advance.

No extra charge applies for extensions up to 1 hour beyond the scheduled return time.

Vehicle Responsibility

Bikes are properly serviced and available for test drive before rental.

Once rented, full responsibility lies with the customer.

In case of damage or accident:

The customer must pay repair costs.

Rental charges will continue until the bike is fully repaired.

Early Return Policy

No refund will be issued if the bike is returned before the agreed rental period ends.

Breakdown Policy

In case of breakdown, the rider must arrange to return the bike to the pickup point.

Replacement of Parts

If any parts (tires, battery, chain, brake pads, oil, electrical components) need replacement:

Inform customer care before replacement.

Submit the original invoice for reimbursement.

Reimbursement applies only to the parts mentioned above.

Abandonment Policy

Abandoning the bike at any location is strictly prohibited.

Legal action may be taken in such cases.

Traffic Violations

All traffic violations, fines, or challans during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the rider.

We booked Activa 3G, the person told us that it's not available and we will have to pay extra saying that only Activa 5G is available. Also, the vehicle given to us was not in a good condition, wasn't picking up speed and the break wasn't working properly. Very risky to ride. While the owner was helpful but the vehicle was disappointing.

Rent trip needs to ensure 2 wheelers quality is properly audited before listing them. Cant have poor braking, worn out tyres, non functional odometers, broken shock absorbers to be a norm. I saw little effort from customer care to damage control customer experience. Garage owners are renting out bikes and they lack professional outlook. I dont think ill be using rental services from rent trip.
