    Two wheeler was in very bad condition, however the dealer was cooperative I had cancelled the booking for one day on 3rd day due to such condition oh the bike and I have not received the refund amount yet from rentrip.

    Bike is not in good quality in half way it got stopped, seems like ceased then i contacted the dealer and he arranged another bike even that is not on good condition, disappointed ?? But the dealer response is very good?

    Bike was of very poor quality. Everything rattling, body panel tied with wire, brakes were not working and vehicle was turning off at low Rev. Not expected such poor vehicle to be given on rent.

    Dealer arrange another vehicle for 2 days as booked vehicle was under breakdown & replaced after 2 days to complete 4 days which was of very poor quality. Dealer's cooperation was good for alternate vehicle arrangement.

    I had to suffer because the bike was not maintained, and I had only used it for a portion of the day before returning it an hour later because of a problem. Your rent-a-trip rules are the worst. when I called one of your operators for a refund on my petrol and I never even received that. I will never rent anything from this company again, and I would never advise others to do the same.

    I had booked a Shine bike for which I had paid advance of Rs. 141, but neither did I get the contact number of any representative nor anyone called me for picking up the bike. I have not used any bike for which I have already paid Rs 141. I want my refund. Very bad service.

    Worst experience. I have paid the money and didn't get the scooter. Requested for a refund and its more than 2 weeks still no update. Will never use this service again. SCAM!!!
