Renting from RenTrip

1. Pick your city and your dates

Tell us where you are riding from and when you need the vehicle. Availability is live, so everything you see is genuinely bookable.

2. Compare and choose

Every listing shows the price, the security deposit, the KM policy and the dealer's timings before you commit. RenTrip compares rates across every dealer in that city and puts the lowest one in front of you, so there is nothing to hunt down or haggle over.

3. Book online

Reserve the vehicle with a part payment of the rental amount. The exact figure is shown on the checkout page before you pay, and the balance is settled with the dealer at pickup. The moment your payment goes through, that vehicle is held in your name.

4. Collect and ride

Your pickup details arrive by email and SMS the second the booking confirms — the dealer's full address, a map link, their phone number, and the number of your dedicated trip manager. Reach the location, check the vehicle over, collect the RC and insurance papers, and you are on your way.

Good things to know before you book

• What to carry. An original ID proof — Aadhaar, Voter ID or Passport — and a valid driving licence for the type of vehicle you are renting. You need to be 21 or older for a car or a bike, and 18 for a bicycle. Visiting from abroad? Bring your passport and an International Driving Licence; you will not have to leave any original document behind.
• Your security deposit comes back in full. The amount varies by vehicle and is listed on every vehicle page upfront. Return the vehicle in good shape and you get the whole deposit back on the spot.
• A free helmet with every bike and bicycle. Anything else you need can be added at checkout or over a phone call.
• No per-KM or per-minute charges. The price you see is for the vehicle. Most locations have no distance cap at all, and where one applies it is stated in the Terms tab of that listing.
• Fuel is yours to fill. You will get the vehicle with enough in the tank to reach the nearest pump, and you bring it back the same way.
• Plans changed? Extend or cancel from your dashboard, or call your trip manager any time. Extending in advance is always cheaper than returning late. Full details are in our terms and conditions.
