    I booked a new 2025 ertiga but got very old model, its door handles were broken, and on full cng tank it went only 50 kms. The car shut down almost 6 times while driving. It even shut down in traffic and would not start for more than 10 min. Worst car

    Thr gentle men himself doesn't own the vehicle. Its on someone else name.. Car documents were not provided. By mistake extra recharge on fast tag done and there is no refund given after repeated calls and messages

    Dear sir,

    I would like to confirm that the vehicle is indeed registered in my name. You can verify this on the RTO website at https://parivahan.gov.in.

    Regarding the Fastag issue, I want to clarify that the extra recharge was inadvertently applied to the wrong Fastag. This mistake occurred after your trip had been completed and was an error from your side. Please note that the refund process for Fastag can be lengthy, and I am actively working to resolve this matter.
